Adam Woodyatt received praise from One Show fans for her looks

EastEnders star Adam Woodyatt received praise from viewers on The One Show for his slim appearance.

The 52-year-old actor showed his weight loss on the BBC One show on Thursday evening (May 13).

During the performance, Adam also opened up Ian Beale’s future on the square.

What did EastEnders star Adam Woodyatt say?

Adam spoke to hosts Alex Jones and Ronan Keating from his quaint motor home.

He explained his surroundings and said, “Well, I’m going on a theater tour.

“I was supposed to start it in January, then it was April, then it was June, after all we start in Leicester in July before we go all over the country by the end of October.”

Later in the chat, Ronan interviewed the soap window on his return to EastEnders.

The star is now on hiatus after playing his famous character for decades.

However, he’s not sure when he’ll be back.

The actor admitted, “I don’t know that’s the honest answer. The tour runs right through the end of October and my daughter is getting married in America so I’m here to do that.

“There is a possibility – and I really hope it does – the tour will continue until early next year to determine the dates we had to postpone because of the lockdown.”

Adam also said, “If the tour continues, I won’t be back at EastEnders until 2022 at the earliest! We are sorry!”

Meanwhile, The One Show viewers praised Adam for taking a break from the popular soap.

Adam has repeatedly impressed soap fans with his transformation in recent years.

Meanwhile, his weight loss came after he admitted receiving a gruesome comment on his figure.

The BBC star also previously stated that his weight loss began while he was training for the London Marathon, having competed in the race for the first time in 2017.
