Apprentice star Harry has spoken out after being the first candidate to be dropped from the new series.
The hit streak returned to our screens tonight (Thursday January 6th) and it was Harry Mahmood who heard those immortal words – “You are fired” – from Lord Alan Sugar.
But now 35 year old Harry has bitten back and this Akeem should have left instead.
What happened to Harry in The Apprentice?
West Midlander Harry came to the Cropper after serving on cruise lines.
To create a new cruise brand, the male and female teams had to create a logo, social media ad, and TV ad.
Unfortunately the male team – led by Akshay – had problems.

In the end, Harry, Akeem’s team leader and sub-team leader, stayed behind in the boardroom.
And Harry, who was consistently (very) vocal in his criticism of the now infamous ‘Turd’ logo, was deleted because of its “annoying” nature.
What did Harry say about the apprentice candidate Akeem?
However, only talk to ED! Harry said that Akeem should have left instead.
We asked if he felt robbed by Lord Sugar’s judgment.
Harry replied, “Yes, definitely. I think it should have been 100 percent Akeem.
“He signed up for this logo even though the logo I came up with was a very symmetrical logo that embodied the brand and all of the pillars.
“How can you not go along with this idea – it must be brain dead!”
Harry is not happy with the ‘Turd’ logo
The logo in question – designed by Nick and Akeem – did not go down well with the boardroom.
Instead of looking like a luxury wellness and lifestyle brand, Karren Brady called it “poop”.
And Harry wasn’t happy with that either.
“I was disgusted,” Harry told us.
“As soon as the logo was signed, I said to Akeem, ‘The logo you are going for is rubbish.’
“I knew we would fail this task because of his decision-making. We had to create something that says wellbeing. That wasn’t healthy – it was shit that literally turned into mutated slime. “
Who does Harry think will win?
For whom Harry thinks he’ll win, he has a few tips.
“People who really stood out to me, who were nice people, I got on really well with Akshay,” he said.

“I got on really well with Navid, but I think in terms of the ones to look out for – Francesca.
“She was very eloquent and Brittany, who is very intelligent. I would be happy to do business with any of them. “
