According to a royal expert, Camilla once wrecked Andrew Parker Bowles’ car when she found it was parked in front of her friend’s house.
This weekend Channel 5 will air the documentary Camilla: Making of a Mistress, which explores the Duchess of Cornwall’s early life and her relationships with ex-husband Andrew Parker Bowles and Prince Charles.
What does the documentary say about Camilla and Andrew Parker Bowles?
At one point in the program it is alleged that Camilla struggled with Andrews’ reputation as a party boy before getting married.

Ingrid Seward, editor-in-chief of Majesty Magazine, said he had a “number of girls” who “felt lucky to be in his stable”. She adds: “[Camilla] knew his reputation, she knew what he was like, but I think she thought she could tame him. “
Broderick Munro-Wilson, a childhood friend of Camilla, said, “I have no doubt witnessed the fact that Andrew Parker Bowles was a popular boy, and no doubt virtually everyone was there at some point [him]. ”
And Penny Junor, royal biographer, reveals a moment when an angry Camilla sparked her frustrations with Andrew’s car.
One night she went home and saw Andrew’s car parked in front of her friend’s apartment.
She says of the program, “There was an opportunity before they got married when she went home one night and Andrew’s car parked in front of one of her friends’ apartments and knew why it was there.
“And so she wrote a very rude message in lipstick on the windshield and let the tires down. So it wasn’t a complete doormat! “

Did Camilla and Andrew have children?
Camilla tied the knot with Andrew Parker Bowles in 1973, and their marriage was nearly 22 years when they divorced in 1995.

The couple had two children together – Laura, 43, and Tom, 46.
Camilla would marry Charles in 2005.
