If you want something with all your heart, the universe conspires to bring it to you! Zee TV’s upcoming show, Tere Bina Jiya Jaye Na, captures the story of Krisha Chaturvedi, a girl who has always dreamed of being swept off her feet by a knight in shining armor and what happens after the day on which the universe manifests this dream for you …
Krisha, played by Anjali Tatrari, is a simple young girl with limited means who moves into a magnificent palace in front of the picturesque landscape of the princely state of Ambikapur. She hopes to start her very own fairy tale with the love of her life, Prince Devraj, the current heir to the royal family. The bragging rights and charisma of the blue-blooded royal family will be embodied by TV crush Avinesh Rekhi as Prince Devraj. Devraj’s demeanor and demeanor reflect how noble and mature he is as a person.
While Avinesh has always been a charmer of any weight and shape to play the role of a young handsome prince, the actor worked really hard to transform himself completely. In fact, he lost 13kg in a short amount of time for the show and we have to say he looks dashing as Prince Devraj! While sharing the experience of his significant weight loss journey, the actor also spoke about his greatest motivational factor.

Speaking of his transformation, Avinesh revealed to Rekhi: “Weight loss is a nightmare for most people, including me, because losing weight is a very tough job. I’ve been a fitness enthusiast all my life, but this time it was pretty difficult for me. Although I managed to lose about 13 kg in a short period of time, I was surprised because I have never lost weight at this rate. But I believe if you have dedication, the right precision, and motivation along with a strict diet and exercise plan, you will get the results you want. I was actually on a one meal a day diet and while only one meal a day is considered unhealthy and I wouldn’t recommend it to most people, I am very knowledgeable about nutrition so I could make sure it was me ‘ not deprived of an essential macronutrient. As for my exercise program, I’ve only done functional training. I didn’t go to the gym for strength training, just functional training that required ligaments, conditional training, push-ups, and pull-ups. I have to mention that the whole process was very tough, but my biggest motivating factor was Tere Bina Jiya Jaye Na. When I was offered the show, they wanted me to shoot a lot of the sequences shirtless. That was my biggest motivation to stay in shape. My transformation for the show was really a challenge, but I’m very happy and excited to see myself on screen and I’m sure it will be a treat for all of my fans. “
