Thespian Dilip Kumar’s state of health remains unchanged. The actor’s personal physician, Dr. Jalil Parkar, said, “His condition remains the same as it was on Monday, and we will not answer a call until Wednesday asking if we should remove the fluid from his lungs after examining his condition.”
Dilip Kumar was admitted to the Hinduja hospital in Khar on Sunday after complaining of shortness of breath. His wife, Saira Banu, has reportedly said that she had to admit him to the hospital to find out why he was short of breath. The actor was later diagnosed with pleural effusion and had to undergo a procedure to clean his lungs. The actor has not been doing well for some time and was hospitalized as early as April this year. Earlier this month, the Pakistani government announced that the actor’s ancestral home in Peshawar will be converted into a museum.
