An insider said OK!: “It would be a nice nod to the Queen who was known as Lillibet when she was a child, but it was always one of Harry’s favorite names too.”
What other clues point to Lily?

What is the current favorite baby name?
Lily’s suggestion comes because Philippa has become the bookmaker’s favorite baby name for the toddler with odds of 3/1.

Other names that are said to be in the running are Diana on 5/1 and Elizabeth on 10/1.
