In her Oprah interview, Meghan Markle refused to go into the details of her disagreement with Kate Middleton over flower girl dresses.
During the chat, which aired on ITV Monday evening (March 8th), the Duchess of Sussex discussed the “polarity” between her and the Duchess of Cambridge.
What did Meghan Markle say about Kate in the Oprah interview?
Host Oprah Winfrey brought up reports that Meghan once made Kate cry over an argument ahead of her wedding to Prince Harry. And Meghan confirmed that the opposite had happened. Kate was the one who made her cry.
However, she refused to reveal the details of what happened and insisted that it would not be fair to Kate because her sister-in-law apologized for what happened.

She said on the program, “It was a really rough week of the wedding and she was upset about something, but she owned it and apologized, and she brought me flowers and an apology note, and she did what I would do if I did I knew I’d hurt someone. Take responsibility for it.
The story of the Kate and Meghan disagreement surfaced six or seven months later.
She continued, “I would never have wanted this to come out of her, even though it happened. I saved that from that, the flower girl dresses problem was right and made me cry. “
I am not sharing this piece on Kate in any way to belittle it … I think she would have wanted this to be corrected.
When Oprah squeezed it and asked, “What would make you cry … was there a confrontation over the clothes?” Meghan refused to say what had happened.
She said, “I don’t think it’s fair for her to go into the details because she apologized and I forgave her.
“What was difficult to overcome was blamed for something that not only didn’t I do, but that happened to me.”
The Duchess of Sussex says Kate wants the reports to be corrected.
Meghan continued, “I am not sharing this piece about Kate in any way to belittle it. I think it’s really important that people understand the truth. I think she would have corrected that. “

The Duchess of Sussex also said Kate was “a good person”.
She added, “Perhaps in the same way that the palace would not allow people to negate it if they did not allow it … so much of what I have seen is this idea of polarity. If you love me you don’t have to hate her. And if you love her, you don’t have to hate me. “
