Lacey Turner, who plays Stacey Slater in EastEnders, has announced her little boy’s name.
The couple welcomed their son with husband Matt Kay last month. Now Lacey has confirmed how they decided to name their son.

She said, “I knew a girl once and her sister’s name was Trilby Fox and I always thought it was such a cool name and I liked him a lot for a boy so I’ve had him for a very long time.
“It’s nice when people say, ‘What’s his name? ‘They say, “Trilby, like the hat.”
When we had Dusty, we said, “Dusty, like Dusty Springfield.”

Trilby was born at 36 weeks. Lacey also revealed that her son had to spend two days in the specialty ward due to fluid in his lungs.
She added that her job was so unexpected and she had only been unemployed for two days and was returning right after Trilby was born.
She said, “I texted work saying, ‘I won’t be there tomorrow or the next day, but I look forward to coming next week.
“I had such a quick birth and my recovery was so quick that I stopped by just a few days later to finish my few scenes.
“EastEnders have been amazing and have taken into account the times I have been able to work. The plan is to have six months off and to return in August.
“So please God, we can visit Ibiza so we can have a few months at home.”
Lacey and Matt are also parents to daughter Dusty, who was born in July 2019.
She went on BBC Soap maternity leave in 2019 when her character, Stacey, fled Walford to escape the Mitchell family.

Stacey returned to Albert Square last September when the show returned to screens after its hiatus.
Shortly after her return, it was reported on Daily Star Sunday that Lacey would be taking another break from the show. The following week, the actress confirmed that she was pregnant with their second child.
EastEnders airs Mondays at 8:05 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:35 p.m. and Fridays at 8:30 p.m. on BBC One.
