Emmerdale: is Gabby Thomas losing the baby?

Emmerdale fans are disgusted with Jamie Tate when he saw pregnant Gabby collapse in pain, but is Gabby losing the baby?

On last night’s episode (Monday March 8), Gabby overheard Dawn admit her feelings for Jamie, who is the father of Gabby’s unborn child.

Soon the teenager began piecing together Jamie pretending to take care of her and be nice so he could convince her to quit.

Angry, she threatened to go to Jamie’s mother, Kim. Jamie later came into the kitchen to see if she had called Kim, but it was clear something was wrong.

Gabby turned and it was obvious that she was in pain. She soon fell to the ground while Jamie just stood by.

But the audience was disgusted with Jamie as he just watched her double in pain and seemingly do nothing to help her.

It seems Gabby and her baby are fine as Jamie is concerned for them next week as she struggles with intense morning sickness.

He feels guilty about his past behavior for persuading her to quit.

What’s next for Jamie and Dawn?

Later that week, Dawn is shocked when Kim tells her that Jamie was pretending to be Gabby’s boyfriend in an attempt to convince her to have an abortion.

She rages on Jamie in disgust. She leaves to clear her mind but soon agrees to give Jamie one last chance as long as he stays honest. They soon admit that they love each other.

Kim glows invisibly in the background, her plan to break up Jamie and Dawn has been foiled.

The next day, Dawn agrees to meet Jamie, and he walks with a feather in his crotch.

At the pub, knowing that Dawn has a meeting with a social worker, Kim creates a distraction that allows her to tip Dawn’s drink.

Jamie later threatens to leave the home farm, but Kim calls his bluff. She points out that without her he would have nothing and tells him to step up or stand aside.

Jamie quietly agrees, but will he live under Kim’s rules forever?

Emmerdale airs weekdays at 7 p.m. on ITV, Thursdays at 8 p.m. with an additional episode.
