Fans get fed up with the character when he turns on Nate

Emmerdale fans have said they left Cain when he turned on his son Nate and refused to forgive his mother, Faith.

Last week, Nate’s friend Tracy went into labor. Nate panicked and wasn’t sure how to help. He left the work room.

He was surprised to see that his father Cain was still there. Cain and Nate had a heart to heart and soon Nate went back into the work room and saw the birth of his daughter.

When Cain returned home, however, he found that Faith was back in the village.

Emmerdale: Why did Cain want Faith to leave the village?

In October 2019, Cain discovered that Moira was having an affair with farm worker Nate. Nate revealed to Cain that he was his son and the affair was revenge for leaving him and his mother.

But Cain had no idea that Nate existed. Eventually, Faith revealed that she discovered in the 90s that Cain’s then-girlfriend, Cara, was pregnant.

But she asked her to keep the baby a secret from Cain and leave. This was because Cain’s father (who was later revealed to be his uncle) Shadrach was racist.

After finding out that Faith knew Cain had a son and never told him, he told her to leave the village.

The Dingle Court

After Faith returned, the Dingle family decided to hold a Dingle court to see if they could stay. But it was a tie and Nate got the decisive vote.

He decided to let Faith stay. He explained to his family that he must forgive them as he would not have his Dingle family if Cain had not made the decision to forgive him.

Cain was angry at Nate’s decision. But the fans disagreed with Cain and turned him on and called him a “bully”.
