First Dates star Fred Sirieix is sporting a new hairstyle, and to say it’s eye-catching would be an understatement.
The 49-year-old French maître d’hôtel went on Instagram on Sunday to show his 672,000 followers a picture of the new “Do”.
And it wasn’t long before they reacted to the striking new look in Fred’s comment box.
Some people liked it, but a show insisted the star had to do something about it, and quickly!
What did fans say about Fred Sirieix’s new hair?
Fred’s picture was of him in the bathroom without a top, grinning ear to ear as he pointed at his head.
Where he once had a full head of hair, the Channel 4 host now has a Mr T-style mohawk!
Fred titled the shot: “Bonjour. I always wanted to do it. The question is, should I keep it? PS: Don’t tell my agent (or my mom). “
If he hoped for a reaction from his followers, he was sure to get one – his inbox soon filled with comments.

Some fans hated the new look and weren’t afraid to tell him. One wrote, “Oh no, Fred.”
Another said, “No, tell me it’s a loofah on your head and not a silly haircut.”
Fans loved the hairstyle
And a third was referring to Mr T’s character on The A Team TV series, BA Baracus, saying to the star, “Crazy Fool!”
However, there were many people who loved what Fred did with his hair. One gushed: “Ooohhhhhh sexy as hell.”

Earlier this week, Fred announced that the police had knocked on the door of the restaurant where First Dates is being filmed.
The police call the First Dates restaurant
Officials called The Refinery in Manchester and ordered them to close early due to the coronavirus.
Fred appeared that morning and said to Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, “The first day we filmed in September the police called us.
“They knocked on the door and said, ‘Sorry, you have to close the restaurant at ten o’clock. ‘
“We told them we all had these logs, but they said, ‘No, you still have to close at ten o’clock. ‘
“So we had to reschedule everything, and you can imagine the producer mess going crazy in my ear.
“But we adjusted because you do and the show has to go on.”
First Dates is returning to Channel 4 at 10 p.m. on Tuesday, February 2nd.
