Strictly Come Dancing star Giovanni Pernice and girlfriend Maura Higgins reportedly broke up because he wasn’t ready to settle down.
The couple is said to have been together for about four months before their relationship apparently ended in October.
Both stars jointly removed pictures of themselves from their Instagram accounts, and fans quickly shared their heartbreak.
According to reports, the real reason for their alleged split has now been revealed.
Apparently the two went their separate ways two weeks ago after an emotional conversation.
Giovanni Pernice and Maura Higgins
The Italian dancer Giovanni is said to have worried that the two were too busy to have enough time for each other.
“Gio works on Strictly 24/7 and Maura flies with models here, there and everywhere,” a source said The sun.

They added, “Gio will be back on tour next year when Strictly ends, so her lifestyle at the moment just doesn’t suit sedentarism.
“That’s why Gio decided to end things. They have a crazy suitcase life, which makes it difficult to be in a relationship. “
The insider added that Giovanni “adored Maura and hoped they could stay friends,” but that “doesn’t look likely”.
How is the couple
Maura is reportedly devastated by her breakup with the handsome dancer.
However, the source added that she hopes to “brush herself off” and get back on her feet in no time.
The couple first made their romantic Instagram official in July and have seemed inseparable ever since.

The reports of a breakup came as a massive shock to fans.
Earlier this month (October), Maura sparked rumors that she was preparing to move in with Giovanni.
The Love Island star posted snapshots of packed boxes and suitcases in her apartment last week, next to the caption: “It’s finally a week on the move!”
A source told Mail Online at the time: “It got serious very quickly between Maura and Gio. You are now ready to take things a notch by giving them their own place. “
ED! asked the representatives of Maura and Giovanni for a comment.
Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday (October 23rd) at 7:05 p.m. on BBC One.
