Gordon Ramsay broke his silence after daughter Holly bravely learned about two sexual assaults and subsequent PTSD.
The 54-year-old replied after Holly, 24, shared her harrowing story on a podcast.
When she thanked her family for their love and support, the father of five took to Instagram to pay tribute to his daughter.
What did Gordon Ramsay’s daughter reveal?
Speaking to Podcast 21 & Over, Holly said, “I went to university, studied fashion design, and really enjoyed it.
“But in the second half of the first year I was affected by my PTSD and had no idea it was happening.
“I was out and about a lot and missed class because I wasn’t there. I didn’t enjoy myself at all … [I] struggled a lot.

“PTSD was the result of two sexual assaults when I was 18 years old. I didn’t tell someone about it until a year later.
“I just buried it in a box in the back of my head.”
How did Gordon react?
She went on to see that her mental health deteriorated to the point where she was sent to Nightingale Hospital in London for three months.
After telling her story, Gordon took to Instagram to pay tribute to Holly.
“So proud of you Holls x,” he said.
How did Holly thank her family?
Holly also shared the podcast on her Instagram feed.
Holly, who now shares a picture of the podcast and is now helping run social media for her father’s restaurants and attending fashion college, said, “I hope that by listening we can continue to break the stigma of our sanity.
