Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Oprah interview came under fire from the Duchess of Sussex’s half-sister Samantha, who challenged some of her estranged siblings’ claims.
Samantha spoke on the radio after reports that Prince Harry will be working with the Aspen Institute’s new Information Disruption Commission, a project that is dealing with the dissemination of misinformation, and accused Meghan of “misleading” two of her claims against Oprah Winfrey.
What did Samantha Markle say about Meghan and Harry?
In an interview with the New Zealand radio station Newstalk ZB, Samantha questioned Meghan’s claim that they had been dating since “18 [or] 19 years “.
The Duchess of Sussex said to Oprah: “Last time I saw [Samantha] must have been at least 18 or 19 years ago. And before, 10 years before. “

The King also claimed that Samantha only took the surname Markle after she started dating Prince Harry.
Meghan said, “She changed her last name back to Markle. And I think she was in her early 50s at the time, not until I started dating Harry … so I think that says enough. “
However, Samantha has come out to refute both claims.
She said on Newstalk ZB that she and Meghan saw each other 13 years ago at Samantha’s graduation – and claims to have a photo to prove it.
She said, “My graduation clearly shows 2008, and anyone with a calculator or a working frontal lobe knows that it wasn’t 19 years ago.
Anyone with a calculator or a working frontal lobe knows this.
“At her age I would think she could do math, but the case is really more cheating than inaccuracy.”
Samantha also claimed Meghan lived in “Fantasy Land” because her graduation certificate bears her name as Samantha M. Markle.
Of Prince Harry’s new role in the Aspen Institute project, Samantha alleged that the Duke of Sussex was currently “unable to join a company dealing with misinformation” and urged him to “[get] a grip on the truth ”.
