Tom’s ‘dopamine heroes’ also include dairy products such as double cream and yogurt, high-quality meat such as beef, chicken and turkey, and chocolate – in moderation!
Has he gained weight again?
Tom Kerridge’s weight loss was not permanent.
He recently admitted that he regained some of the weight.
The cook now weighs 22 stones, which he thinks is too much.
The percentage of body fat around his organs was twice what it should be.
