“Heartbreaking” racism story for Suki Panesar

EastEnders spoilers have revealed that the soap will air a heartbreaking racism tale in which viewers will understand the tragic past of villain Suki Panesar.

Scheming Suki has proven to be a force to be reckoned with on the pitch over the past year.

But beneath her harsh exterior, there was evidence of a tragic past – and now the soap will address that in a heartbreaking racism story.

EastEnders Spoiler: Racism Storyline For Suki

Actress Balvinder Sopal has revealed how a racist graffiti incident devastated Suki at her store.

It brings out all the hate and the idea that it doesn’t matter what you do, you will never be accepted.

She said, “It just goes to show that moments like this always exclude them and ‘others’ no matter how ingrained or embedded or part of the community they are.

“That’s what racism does, it doesn’t put them on the same level.

“It brings out all the hatred and the idea that it doesn’t matter what you do, you will never be accepted.

“It’s so exhausting and just heartbreaking.”

She continued, “There they work day and night serving the church. And yet they think they have the right to act like this. “

Furthermore, Balvinder added: “Racism is a cancer in our society.

“It makes people do really crazy and terrible things on both sides. It just opens a lot of wounds for her. “

In the EastEnders plot, viewers will feel sorry for Suki

The plot will even help fans understand Suki and feel empathy for her.

“It makes her a round character with feelings and emotions,” she added.

“You are beginning to understand why she is the way she is because she builds this wall around her.”

She added, “Also, every woman who came from a Punjabi family and raised her children alone during that time came into some kind of need.

“She built her family and herself in such a way that nobody can say anything and just trample to get what she wants because she didn’t have to, because she wants to.”

Balvinder added, “But in that sense it has hardened quite a bit.

“When all these racist things come up again, they are back to the moment when things fell apart for them.”

However, she added, “It absolutely shows her a softer side.

“It’s great to be able to show that. Hopefully there is a lot more of that complexity in the figure. “
