Like many ongoing dramas, Holby City is known for its gripping storylines.
Over the past year, viewers have seen Cameron Dunn’s murder behavior worsen.
Holby City: The Crimes of Cameron Dunn
After deliberately killing Chloe’s rapist Evan Crowhurt, Cameron went out of his way to cover up his crime.
When Xavier Duvall got closer to the truth, he went to the police station with evidence. But when he stepped on a cyclist’s path, he fell and hit his head on the curb.
At the scene, Cameron witnessed the accident, but instead of helping, he ran off with Zav’s bag to get the evidence he had against him.
A few weeks ago, Cameron was stunned when the cyclist who knocked Zav over, Bobby Edwards, recognized him from the scene.
To silence Bobby, Cameron killed him and his death left Chloe Godard at a loss.
Not only has he been given the honor of saving patient lives he did not save, but also helped the deaths of other patients, including Harvey Dean.
But tonight Cameron finally got what came to him when he was arrested.

But is this the end of Cameron, what will happen to Nicky who is pregnant with his child and has the plot dragged on too long?
Here’s what Entertainment Daily soap and TV writer Charlotte Rodrigues thinks.
Cameron in Holby City
Ever since Cameron’s arrival, I’ve had an uncanny feeling about the character. And of course my intuition was correct.
When he got there, he didn’t look scary. If anything, he appeared to be a harmless young man, perhaps a little too spoiled and given things too often.
But then of course things changed and we saw a darker side of the character.
This story is brilliant for so many reasons. Not only is it well-written, it’s something that happens in real life.
In many real crime cases, there are real stories of doctors / nurses abusing their power and actually hurting or even killing their patients.
While this is obviously not always the case, it is good to see the story of a “killer” doctor.
Of course, most of the people who go into the medical profession go into this because they want to help people. But in some cases people respond to the power they have over the vulnerable.
Cameron killed Evan in what seemed like an attempt to protect Chloe, who had raped Evan.
While Evan was a gross person, Cameron shouldn’t kill him.
Of course, when Cameron tried to hide the fact that he was behind Evan’s death, he had to hide and bury more and more secrets, creating a snowball effect.
This accidentally led to Zav’s death (still not over it, by the way).
And again the snowball effect continued.
Did the story last too long?
Some fans say this story goes on for too long. However, I don’t have to agree.
There is a saying that “art cannot be rushed” – and that is exactly what these shows are. To tell a story, you have to do it over time.

If Cameron killed a new person every week and the story ended in two months, she wouldn’t be nearly as good anyway. Tension had to be built up.
In the last few episodes where Cameron kidnapped Ange, I really felt like I was watching a scary thriller and I really liked that.
Cameron makes me really nervous and a little sick. But that just shows how amazing Nic Jackman is!
