Hollington Drive continues on ITV1 this week and viewers are still dying to know who killed Alex Boyd?
Viewers undoubtedly suspected every single character at some point – while Theresa led the police on a wild goose hunt looking for a “suspicious looking man” near the crime scene (who didn’t exist).

Who Killed Alex Boyd on Hollington Drive?
In the second episode of Hollington Drive (Wednesday, October 6, 2021), both Theresa and Sister Helen went out of their way to remove suspicion from their children.
Viewers know that Ben and Eva weren’t long in the woods before Alex Boyd was found dead.
They acted strangely and threw something in the trash can.
We also know that both of the children appeared to be bullying Alex.
In critical scenes, Theresa lied to the police to divert attention from her son.
She told DS Parks (Jim Howick) that she saw a bald man in a raincoat in the woods.
In a chilling twist, her photo-worthy description led police to a local – who would later become the prime suspect in the case.
Theresa then discovered that Alex’s body was found the night before her son Ben and niece Eva were anywhere near the forest.
The camera panned to Theresa’s face when she realized that she had framed a man for no reason.
Hollington Drive Killer – Who Killed Alex Boyd?
We now know that Alex was killed on Saturday night – the night before he was reported missing.
Pathology believes he may have been lying in the woods for two days before he was found.
He was killed that night, which may upset Ben and Eva.
We don’t yet know how the student died – could it really have been a tragic accident?
Here are the best theories about the Hollington Drive killer yet.

Who Killed Alex Boyd? Is it Ben on Hollington Drive?
Viewers know that Theresa (Anna Maxwell Martin) was raped and became pregnant as a result of the sexual assault.
Therefore, she seems very concerned about her son’s behavior.
Could he be a deviator like his father?
Yes, he seems to be hiding something and is accused of being aggressive towards his cousin Eva.
But now we know Alex was murdered at night, does that mean Ben is innocent?
Well, it looks more likely Ben is not guilty – but why was Alex, who was Ben’s age, in the woods at all?
Could the neighbors have crept together with tragic consequences?
We think Ben is too obvious, but we haven’t ruled him out as a suspect yet!
Viewers agree, with a tweet: “I wouldn’t be surprised if the son turns out to be a serial killer like her” [the mum] is all around. “
Hollington Drive Killer – is Eva a Suspect?
All focus was on Ben, but we think Eva might have an evil twinkle in her eyes …
After all, she’s one of the least likely suspects, the headmaster’s daughter and so on.
Could she have been lying all along about what happened?
Like Ben, she could have sneaked out that night to continue her bullying off-line.
She and Ben were both able to send horrible messages to Alex, calling him “freak” and “scum”.
The audience thinks the same, with a tweet: “The kids already give me serial killer vibes, they’re definitely dodgy.”
Another added, “I have this terrible, child-on-child, murderous mood on Hollington Drive.”
Hollington Drive Killer – Helen
Headmistress Helen is the least likely killer – at least on paper.
She is a pillar of the community and seems to stay calm in a crisis.
But wait a minute, isn’t that the first sign of a psychopath?
In fact, Helen is having an affair with neighbor Gareth – her student’s father!
And not just any student, the murdered boy.
But that’s not the only questionable behavior …
She deleted evidence that might have implicated her daughter in Alex’s murder.
That at least perverts the justice issue.
Helen of Hollington Drive is clearly capable of lying and doesn’t seem to have any qualms.
She is even ready to sew her own sister and son to protect herself …
She is in a position of trust, but she obviously cannot be trusted.
Helen is controlling, manipulative, and powerful – she might well be a suspect in the murder of Alex Boyd.
Did Alex find out about Helen’s affair with his father and threaten to expose it?
Hollington Drive on ITV1 – Other suspects so far
We’re also suspicious of Fraser’s brother Eddie on Hollington Drive on ITV.
Why is he even there? What’s the point of the character, unless it’s somehow related to death or some distracting bait.
Then there’s the moody, adulterous Gareth, Alex’s father.
Is he able to accidentally or otherwise kill his own son?
Another prime suspect for us is Helen’s husband David.
So far we don’t know much about him, so we EXACTLY don’t trust him.
Come on, we know how these thrillers work, right ?!
Hollington Drive will resume on ITV1 on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at 9 p.m. Episode one and two can be viewed on the ITV Hub.
