Chase host Bradley Walsh was abandoned yesterday afternoon over the wording of one of the questions.
But fans of the ITV quiz show who tuned in for the Tuesday (March 2nd) episode claimed the moment was “unfair” to the participant.
What happened to Bradley Walsh on The Chase?
During the episode of The Chase, hopeful Michael was the last of the participants to get involved in his neck-and-neck round.
Brad asked him, “Which of these is a Vincent van Gogh painting?”
The options were A) Lying mare, B) Lying dog, or C) Lying cow.

After reading the last option, Lying Cow, Bradders tried to keep his face straight before breaking into a fit of giggles.

The answer was indeed Lying Cow. Unfortunately Michael went with B) Lying Hound.
He failed to make it to the final, leaving a three-man team against pursuing Anne Hegerty.

What did ITV viewers say?
On Twitter, some viewers had problems with Brad’s behavior on the show.
Some found it unfair for him to laugh so much and claimed it was “off-putting” for the candidate.
One said on Twitter: “Brad’s laughter isn’t fair to Michael, to be fair … put off #thechase.”
That could have had a massive impact on his guess!
Another wrote: “#TheChase Brad shouldn’t laugh at the responses as it will put off attendees.”
A third said, “Does anyone else think it’s a little unfair to the candidate for Bradley to laugh at one of the answers?
“That could have had a massive impact on his assumption! #The hunt.”
ED! contacted ITV for comment.
