How did she become a food critic?

Grace studied English literature at Stirling University and it was here that she began introducing Cosmopolitan Features.

After graduating, she wrote for Vogue and then for Glamor and Marie Claire.

She wrote on television for The Guardian for a decade.

Her food literacy finally began in 2011 – when she started writing the Grace and Flavor column for The Evening Standard.
