Motsi Mabuse has revealed the secrets behind her weight loss after dropping an incredible two stones.
The 39-year-old Strictly Come Dancing judge slimmer after greeting her daughter with husband Evgenij Voznyuk in 2018.
Since then, Motsi has lost 2st 3lb after participating in Weight Watchers and sticking to a balanced diet. But what exactly did she do?

Since she was born in 2018, Motsi has followed in the footsteps of her idol Oprah Winfrey and set off Weight Watchers.
With the help of the program, she poured two stones.
She started her weight loss journey by telling them, “I chose WW because it gives the freedom to eat what you like, including your favorite things.
“Because I wouldn’t deny myself anything, I thought that would work for me in the long term.”

However, the South African star was not pressured to lose weight quickly after giving birth.
She added: “I have set clear boundaries and priorities. My child comes first. “
Is the Strictly Judge on a diet?
Although Motsi was careful about what she was eating, she showed that she adhered to a healthy, balanced diet.
The strictly favorite who likes fruits and vegetables is still indulging in the weird sweet treat – including chocolate.
Motsi explained, “It was important for me to say, ‘Okay, I can have my chocolate and I’m still losing weight’.
“I lost 14 kg and realized the importance of self-care. As a mother, I had to learn to take the time to feel good about myself before giving anything to my family and everything else I do.

In addition, the star is often out and about, as she runs her own dance studio in Germany.

Motsi opens a breast reduction
Meanwhile, last month, Motsi announced that she was considering surgery to reduce her DD breasts.
She admitted that on the advice of a friend, she did not rule out the procedure.
