Anne-Marie makes her debut on The Voice tonight (Saturday January 2nd).
She joins will.i.am, Sir Tom Jones and Olly Murs on the coaching panel for the brand new series.
But who is Anne-Marie and how did she get famous?
How did Anne-Marie get famous on The Voice?
When she was a kid, she appeared on two West End shows.
She was in Les Misérables by the age of six and playing alongside a young Jessie J in Whistle Down The Wind when she was 12.

In 2013 she joined the band Rudimental as a background singer on the back of a self-produced demo.
During her time at Rudimental, she performed twice in Glastonbury in 2014 and 2015.
In 2015 she released her first single and in 2016 her debut album.
Anne-Marie also sang on Sean Paul’s Rockabye in 2016, which spent nine weeks at number one, including Christmas.
What is the real name of Anne-Marie?
Anne-Marie was born as Anne-Marie Rose Nicholson.
She grew up in East Tilbury, Essex and has an older sister – Samantha.
Anne-Marie is known to be private about her love life, but it is believed that she is currently single.
In 2016, she spoke about a then-boyfriend who inspired the track Do It Right.
“I can’t tell because he’s pretty well known,” she said. “He’s in music. I can not tell you. I honestly can’t. “
In 2018, Anne-Marie announced that she was interested in both men and women, but did not identify as bisexual.
“I’m just drawn to who I like,” she said.
Is she friends with Ed Sheeran?
Yes, their friendship began in the early 2000s.
There are two different stories about how they met.
The first says they met when they were both signed to Elton John’s label Rocket Records, while another says they met in Paris in 2010.

Whatever the story, Anne-Marie obviously has great respect for the Shape Of You singer.
She said, “He’s someone I look up to, he’s so focused and determined.”
Her debut album, Speak Your Mind, included a track co-written with Ed.
