Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle may be continents apart, but they both live under lockdown conditions.
While the Duchess of Cambridge was celebrating her 39th birthday in Norfolk, the 39-year-old Duchess of Sussex lives under quarantine rules in Montecito, California.

How does Kate Middleton stay fit?
She is now said to be a huge fan of running and long walks with her family.
Kate is athletic by nature and has played a variety of sports in school.
She was also on the rowing team at the University of St. Andrews.

Royal expert Roberta Fiorito, co-host of the Royally Obsessed podcast, said Harper’s Bazaar that Kate is committed to staying in shape during the current lockdown.
She said she expected Kate to run regularly: “This is something she’s likely to keep up with all the time she’s at her Norfolk home, even in cold weather.”
Indeed, Kate, Prince William and their three children are tucked away in their Norfolk home, Anm Hall.
The family should return to their children’s school at Kensington Palace in the New Year.

However, the recent national lockdown has halted their plans. Since they have to home-school their brood, they will likely stay in Norfolk for the foreseeable future.
How does Meghan Markle keep fit?
Meghan is very much into wellbeing and holistic living – and yoga is very “her thing”.
Her mother is a yoga teacher and Meghan has regularly spoken about how much she loves it herself.

During the conversation with best In 2017 she said, “Yoga is my thing. My mother is a yoga teacher and I started doing yoga with her when I was seven. As a child I was very resilient, but she said, “Blume, you will find your practice – just give it time.”
“In college I started doing it more regularly.”
She said she enjoyed hot yoga, as well as Ashtanga and Hatha.
Like Kate, she is also an avid runner.
Royally Obsessed’s Roberta predicts Meghan will incorporate both fitness and wellness into her current quarantine lifestyle.
She said, “There sure isn’t much time with little Archie running around the house, so at the end of the day if she can do Pilates or yoga for a bit, she can have a full one at the end of the day Training. “
