About the same thing, he said, “As a child, I had a habit of drinking milk with bournvita and four spoons of sugar. My grandfather stirred them until the sugar and bournvita dissolved. It became a lifelong habit from KG until I was 10th and 11th, I continued this as my morning ritual. But if you want to achieve anything you have to give up some habits, so I had to drop sugar. It soon became clear to me that if I have the willpower not to have sugar, why should I have chocolates at all, and if I’m at it, let’s just do anything for it. In the first month myself, I lost 2 kg without exercise or diet. And when I saw my success, I wrote a book that is available on Amazon. “

He shared his diet and fraudulent meal during the lockdown, saying, “My fraudulent meals are mostly on Sunday, it’s like pizza day or burger day, but the rest of the week I sleep and stand around 5 or 6 a.m. at 2 p.m. then i have lunch around 5 p.m. my lunch consists of paneer, roti, dal, followed by black coffee in the evening. Then I have chana, bread butter and poached eggs. Then I have protein shakes after a workout. If I don’t feel like it, I have a bowl of Chana. My dad recommends Chana instead of a protein shake. Then I have dinner at 12 or 1 in the morning, which consists of chicken or vegetables, dal, rajma, and anything that contains protein. “
