On Lorraine, viewers today slammed an “excruciating” interview with members of a same-sex relationship with a difference.
Californian ‘throwup’ Ian, Alan and Jeremy are raising two young children and recently won a landmark lawsuit in the United States with all three names on the children’s birth certificates.
However, some viewers thought the interview was difficult to watch.
What happened to Lorraine Kelly and the others today?
The ‘Throwuple’ raise their two children, Piper and Parker, and explain to Lorraine what it was like.
Ian and Alan had been together for nine years before welcoming Jeremy into the relationship.
And when they decided to have children, they donated semen, found an egg donor, and met a surrogate mother to give birth.

Lorraine then asked the ‘throwup’ how the relationship dynamics work.
Jeremy replied, “Imagine you are with your one partner and you have a difference of opinion.
“But in our relationship we have a built-in therapist, so there is someone who loves both parties and can say, ‘Hey, you don’t think about it clearly’.”
It’s worth doing some research #Lorraine before the interview with the three fathers, 3 questions wrong. Looks terrible, especially since they don’t understand your accent.

How did the audience react to the ‘thruple’ interview?
But although the boys answered the questions with a smile on their faces and in a good mood, some viewers criticized the presenter Lorraine.
One wrote on Twitter: “It’s worth researching #lorraine before interviewing the three fathers, questions wrong.
“Looks terrible, especially since they don’t understand your accent.”
Another feared for the children themselves: “These children will grow up with some spotlight, constant unpleasant questions.”
One added: “@reallorraine Most uncooperative interview ever with these three fathers # Lorraine. “
