She revealed how being immensely passionate about fitness helped her achieve a fit body and also defeat hair fall issues.

She also thanked her trainers who guided her in the weight loss journey. She further also said that getting the right balance is crucial for a stable frame of mind and happiness. Mini took the decision to dedicate herself to the world of fitness so that she can be happy around her kids, friends, and family. The 45-year-old TV host strongly feels that life cannot be taken for granted and loving our bodies by nurturing it towards a healthy lifestyle is a must. She finally says that repenting is of no use and finding a balance will mend all the issues.
