He revealed, “Look, we honestly smashed it.

“Lockdown obviously tested relationships in ways they have never been tested before. And in some ways it could be a good thing.

“But we probably took a corner before the lockdown, but we’ve been a great team for the past 11 months.

“I never really knew what a marriage would be like, but I’m really proud of the marriage we create. So yeah, it went well, ”he added.

What did Jeff Brazier say about his sons?

In his new podcast, Jeff takes questions from readers and uses his hat as a life coach to try to ease their worries and brighten their days.

But did his sons listen?

“No, they do not have. They don’t care about anything Dad does. No father is cool, ”laughed Jeff.

In the first episode, Jeff reveals some pretty personal things about the guys, but does it bother him when he talks about them so openly?

“They are used to me really talking about them, and I like to think that they trust me.

“I’m pretty sure they think I’m an idiot, to be honest. But I think they respect me – there is a healthy respect between us.

“I share enough that they know the truth about how things were, and that’s why they appreciate me. Because of this, we all have a great relationship, ”he said.

When it came to inquiring about her grief over the loss of their mother, Jeff revealed that the boys are sometimes guarded.

Are you open to your feelings, especially when it comes to grief?

“Yes and no. With teenagers, they’re always pretty guarded anyway.

“There are high-quality conversations that come out of nowhere. Someone is in the moment they are going to share how they are feeling and what they are thinking and you can pick it up with them and think that this was really useful.

“A difficult task for parents of teenagers in general is waiting for your moments, but when they offer you them, you take them.”

When will we next see Jeff on TV?

For anyone hoping to see Jeff’s handsome face on a TV screen near you soon, we have bad news.

“I actually ran a competition for Loose Women recently, but I made a conscious decision about a year ago to retire from the day and focus more on football. This is where I see my future.”

Jeff added, “I spoke to someone the other day who said that you’d like to come back and do one [the competition] and it just felt like the wrong time to turn down on work and it’s something I’ve always enjoyed anyway.

“It just felt like it didn’t hurt and it felt really good to be part of it again. I don’t know

“I think a great way to get through these barriers, after realizing that work is such a privilege, is to do as much of it as possible.

“I’m lucky that I have about five or six different jobs. If you lose one, you have others. “

Jeff’s new Only Human Podcast

When Jeff was talking about his “Only Human” podcast, he found that he and the audience were having a storm.

“I’m proud that we are doing it,” he said.

“It is great timing for me too, because I get a great sense of responsibility. I am a great self developer and I would like to be able to share everything I am learning. I really enjoy it.

“It would be wasteful for me not to address issues,” he concluded.
