Jimmy Carr amazes viewers with the look

Comedian Jimmy Carr was among the guests today, Sunday brunch, and the audience at home was shocked by his appearance.

Those who tuned in for the Sunday (April 18) episode of the Channel 4 programming thought the 8 out of 10 Cats Does Countdown host looked completely different.

The 48-year-old Funnyman can be recognized by his typical quiff and his sharp suits.

But for Sunday brunch tonight, Jimmy had decided against a suit, instead wearing a comfortable-looking polo shirt.

His hair was also shorter and less styled than fans are used to seeing.

What did the Channel 4 viewers say?

On Twitter, Jimmy stunned viewers by choosing not to wear a suit.

Others joked that he looked a bit like Martin Compston’s Line Of Duty character Steve Arnott or even Todd Grimshaw (Gareth Pierce) from ITV Soap Coronation Street.

Without his usual hairstyle, he looks like a Lidl version of Steve Arnott.

One viewer tweeted: “Jimmy Carr doesn’t wear a suit #sundaybrunch.”

Another quipped, “Why is Jimmy Carr wearing a geography teacher’s sweater? #Sunday brunch. “

A third demanded: “#sundaybrunch What the hell happened to Jimmy Carr’s hair? Is that a wig? “
