Kate Ferdinand gave birth to Baby Cree just six months ago, but it seems she is already back in her pre-pregnancy prime.
Former TOWIE star Kate showed off her incredibly flat stomach when she went to the beach before her 30th birthday.
The new mom, married to Rio Ferdinand, looked incredibly glamorous enjoying a day at the beach with her brood.

Another said, “The body is back.”
“You look unreal,” explained another.
Husband Rio also commented. He said “yes” and added two fire emojis.
How did Kate lose her pregnancy weight?
Kate admitted that after greeting Cree via c-section, she hadn’t put any pressure on herself to lose her baby weight.
At the time she said, “It is a major operation and because it was an emergency operation it was traumatic and there was a lot to heal. I’m just trying to listen to my body and accept the changes. “
Kate added, “I used to love being at my peak, but now I need to let myself be healed and not rush things. I don’t have to beat myself up about it. “
The star is also the stepmother of Rio’s three children, Lorenz (14), Tate (12) and Tia (9).
And with a pretty hectic house, she admitted that four kids is enough.
