Kate Middleton looked amazing in a blue dress when she stepped out after starting her new project on Friday.
The Duchess of Cambridge created the Royal Foundation Center for Early Childhood to help raise awareness of the importance of the early years.
Kate had two commitments to open the center on Friday, first attending the London School of Economics.
She met with experts for a discussion before later meeting her parents at Kensington Palace.

Despite the dreary weather, Kate wore a pastel blue LK Bennett dress worth £ 225 with puff sleeves.

She added a pair of nude heels to the look and styled her gorgeous brunette locks into bouncy curls.
Kate was also holding a rainbow umbrella when she tried to hide from the rain.
On her and Prince William’s Instagram page, the Duchess said, “In creating the Royal Foundation Center for Early Childhood, our mission is to raise awareness and take action on the transformative effects of the early years.
“It was great to talk to experts and families at the London School of Economics and the Kensington Palace Café today about it.
“We will help bring about change through new research to identify opportunities …
“… cooperation to scale solutions and creative campaigns to bring this topic to life.”
Royal fans raved about Kate’s looks when one person commented, “Great! LOVE this color on the Duchess too. “
Another wrote: “Kate, you are amazing !!!”

Meanwhile, Kate announced her new project on Friday, much to the delight of Royal fans.
She said she hoped “to create a happier, mentally healthier, and more nourishing society”.
