Mel B was “robbed” and “deserves to win,” say the audience

The Masked Singer revealed Mel B as the newest secret celebrity contender on Saturday night.

The displaced Spice Girl, 45, was guessed correctly by three of the four judges – and it was only her first performance!

Mel, full name Melanie Brown, sang Kylie Minogue’s classic Can’t Get You Out Of My Head.

Judges Mo Gilligan, Davina McCall and Rita Ora correctly suspected that it was the North Star.

Mel B swears she didn’t tell her Spice Girls

One of the audience members on The Masked Singer said to Mel B, “Queen, you were amazing. You deserve to go through, I’m so crazy “

While another user argued, “You deserve to win,” and a third user claimed, “Loved you Mel! I wish you were on the show longer. Deprived! X.”

While a fourth user said, “You should have stayed longer! I loved seeing you sing on TV again. Don’t stay away too long. “

And a fifth user complained: “The most famous singer you had on the show voted out on her first show. What a load [bleep]. ”

After her outing, Mel B said she was really tempted to tell her fellow Spice Girls that she was going on the hit show.

But in the end she didn’t dare – and didn’t even tell her mother.

Mel explained, “Well, yes! I haven’t told anyone. I haven’t told anyone, not even my mom and mom is big gossip so I definitely wouldn’t have told her. “

She went on to do her best to hide her iconic Leeds accent.

The pop star continued, “It’s a bit nerve-wracking because you can’t see anything with this mask and it’s very narrow. So it’s literally like singing with one hand on your face so that was a bit daunting, but when the music starts you just get in.

“I thought I did a pretty good job without sounding so Nordic. To be completely girlish and soft without an accent was actually hard work. “
