Morning star Alison Hammond swears by online dating apps

Alison Hammond’s host said she’s had enough of dating apps.

Although the 46-year-old presenter has admitted that she met a friend in the past through an app.

In a new interview, Alison admits that being single in lockdown is difficult.

However, she admits that she also doesn’t think it’s the best time to meet someone new.

“Especially at these times, you can’t even meet anyone and I don’t want to just do a lot of news.”

The former Big Brother star added, “Right now, being single is the worst part, but dating in lockdown is not my thing.”

Who is Alison Hammond’s ex?

Alison has one son, Aiden, 16. His father is Alison’s ex, a taxi driver named Noureddine Boufaied.

Not much is known about him or when they finalized their divorce, however.

By 2014, Alison partnered with single father Jamie Savage through a dating site.

But by 2017 they had split up, and she confirmed at the time: “We split up. It’s the worst news ever. I don’t think I want anyone now. “

In 2020, she went on Celebs Go Dating and met up with audio engineer Ben Kusi.

They seemed to understand each other like a house on fire, and Alison even raved about This Morning for how much she enjoyed being with him.

She said of Ben: “He is fit. I could see later I was going to want to tear off his clothes. I can see a future potential. He looks great. He is gorgeous.”

What happened between Alison and Ben?

However, Ben pissed her off while they were on a double date on the show.

When they spent a fancy evening with former EastEnders actor Dean Gaffney, he turned Alison down.

She asked him, “I feel like you’re saying the right things, so I want to ask you the question right away, do you want a girlfriend?”

Ben admitted, “To be 100% honest with you, I don’t think I’m ready to get into a real relationship.

“I think you are an amazing person. I just feel like it is the wrong time for me in my life. You never know what will happen in the future.”

Alison looked tearful in her confessional.

She said, “I just got a check, didn’t I? It’s tough. It is what it is, isn’t it? “

Meanwhile, Alison says she’s not lacking the attention – as celebrities keep slipping into their DMs!

In fact, she said she had a private message from Paddy McGuinness and Jimmy Carr.
