Nora Fatehi deals with rifle shooting and martial arts as a character in Bhuj: The Pride of India

Celebrate India in all its glory on this Independence Day weekend and indulge in patriotism as Bhuj: The Pride of India hits Disney + Hotstar VIP on August 13th. Inspired by the story of real heroes, the film is a contemporary reminder of the immense courage shown not only by the armed forces but also by the common women who helped win a war. The highly anticipated film will be released on August 13, 2021 for all Disney Hotstar VIP and Disney + Hotstar Premium subscribers under the banner of Disney + Hotstar Multiplex.

In the role of an Indian spy, actress Nora Fatehi recently revealed her prep routine for her character. In order to get into the skin of her character, Nora picked up together with the director Abhishek Dudhaiya and practiced rifle shooting on a training ring with all safety precautions. She went through a rigorous routine to understand position and posture while holding a gun and how to aim at the target. The actor also learned martial arts to know the basics of combat; something that helped her play well on screen.
