To create an account with Paychex

  1. go to: http://www.paychex.com/login/ (let the page load – it may take a moment).
  2. select PayChexFlex.com on the left side of the screen.
  3. then on the next screen, click “Sign In”, follow the prompts to create your account and enter your personal information.
  4. You will be prompted to log in again once your account has been created. From there, you can make any administrative changes to your 401K and view your payroll documents.

Check Stubs: Easily access your bank statements at any time to view net pay, deductions and pay date. No need to wait for a pay stub or find a computer to log on to.

FSA: Keep track of important information on unreimbursed medical/dental and dependent care expenses, reimbursements, elections, claims history and debit cards.

Retirement: quickly review your retirement accounts, investment balances, benefit and credit information. Change your contributions and investment allocations as needed.

My Profile: view your employee profile information, including professional and personal information, pay/compensation, income, federal and state taxes, unemployment and deductions.

Tax Documents: Access your Forms W-2 online to simplify tax time.

Health and Benefits: Review all your benefit information – elections and types of coverage, eligibility dates and status, premium amounts, member guide and links to provider information.

Time Off: Review your leave and personal time off balances and accrual information.

If you have a personal connection, like at home, you can run an antivirus scan on your device to make sure it’s not infected with malware. If you are in an office or shared network, you can ask the network administrator to run a scan on the network to check for misconfigured or infected devices.
