Phil Collins is being questioned under oath for claiming he refused to shower or brush his teeth for a year.
Orianne Bates, the ex-wife of the 70-year-old Genesis star, brought the allegations in a lawsuit for half of her Miami mansion.
And in December, Phil was questioned by her lawyers about the allegations in a filmed testimony.

The removal comes after the musician returns from the Genesis comeback tour The Last Domino.
Orianne’s attorney Richard Wolfe said, “I expect his testimony to come out sometime in December after his tour.”
Phil and Orianne married in 1999 and divorced in 2008.

The couple, who share two sons, finally got back together in 2016.
After the second breakup, Orianne is now fighting for half of her home in Miami.
In the lawsuit, she alleged that the dummy abused alcohol and prescription drugs while they were together.
She also claims that from 2019 to August 2020 he “stopped showering, brushing his teeth and properly dressed”.
The court record states: “He was unable to have sex.
“He’s stopped showering, brushing his teeth, and getting dressed properly (in fact, he didn’t shower or brush his teeth from 2019 to August 2020 when he was evacuated.) [their Miami Beach home]). “
Phil’s lawyers have denied the allegations.
They called the claims “scandalous, bizarre, unethical and mostly obviously wrong or grossly exaggerated”.

In the meantime, it comes weeks after the musician opened his health battle.
During an interview at BBC Breakfast, Phil admitted that he was “barely able to hold a drumstick” because of his worsening problems.
“I have a bit of a physical handicap, which is very frustrating because I would love to play up there with my son,” he said.

When asked if he can still play, Phil said, “No, I would like to. But I mean, I can barely hold a stick with that hand. There are certain physical things that stand in the way. “
The star then suggested that Genesis would retire after their tour.
He added, “We are all men our age and I think, to some extent, yes, I think it’s likely for it to go to bed. I think yes, I only think generally for myself, I don’t know if I still want to take to the streets. “
