Phillip Schofield reportedly splashed nearly £ 1 million on property after starting a company with his wife.
The presenter of This Morning apparently founded Fistral Properties Ltd together with Stephanie Lowe in March 2019.
According to reports, the company’s initial reports show it has “land and buildings” valued at £ 839,428 on its books.

The Daily mail reports that the couple’s business, Fistral Properties Ltd, has purchased the home.

ED! has asked representatives of Phillip for comment.
Phil and Stephanie reportedly started the company last year.
Although the couple split after Phil came out gay last year, it appears that he and Stephanie are still in the business together.
It is believed that the couple each own 50% of the company.

Phil now also has a television company called Fistral Productions Ltd.
Phil and Stephanie stayed close after he came out last year.
Last September it was reported that the couple were “talking about a divorce,” which Phil later denied.

On Chris Evans’ How To Wow podcast, he said, “I’m still married to Steph. There is a lot of talk about divorce …
“We didn’t discuss that at all.”

In the meantime, a month later, said Phil BBC Radio 5 Live that he and Steph “love each other massively”.
He added, “We are a loving family that has not changed. We are four, but different. We are in the works.
“I’ve been very honest in all of this and there’s no question that we as a family have to fight our way through this on a daily basis.”
The couple have two daughters together – Ruby and Molly.
