Phillip, 59, was emotional when he finally got to hug his 84-year-old mother for the first time.
Pat, who lives in Cornwall, took the train to meet Phillip.

The adorable couple couldn’t have looked happier when they were reunited.
Phil recently announced that his mother was one of the first to be double vaccinated in the UK.
He told This Morning viewers, “Mama was actually very lucky, she’s not a billionaire, she’s just down in Cornwall.
“She happened to be on the list and they called her back, I think maybe they have something left by the end of their period or whatever, and she got her second vaccine.”
Phillip talks to his mother about coming out
Meanwhile, Phillip spoke out last year about his mother’s reaction to his coming out as gay.
“I went down to see her, she’s down in Cornwall, and I went down to see her,” he said on This Morning. “And I told her and she said, ‘Oh, okay, I don’t care’ – and it’s the same for everyone.”
In fact, along with the star’s wife and children, she was one of the first to find out.

The moderator shared the news with fans for the first time last year in a statement on social media.
“With the strength and support of my wife and daughters, I’ve come to terms with the fact that I’m gay,” he said.
“That led to a lot of heartbreaking conversations at home. My family kept me so close. They tried to cheer me up, to suffocate me with kindness and love, despite their own confusion. “
