Piers Morgan received his coronavirus vaccine and paid tribute to the NHS on Saturday.
The star also couldn’t resist digging co-star Susanna Reid when the needle went in.
The GMB host, 55, was bumped into today (Saturday 6th March) at his local vaccination center in Chelsea, London.
And in a characteristic way, he went to Twitter to document the experience.
Thank you everyone at the Violet Melchett Center in Chelsea for an incredibly quick and efficient service. In and out in 9 minutes!

“Thank you everyone at the Violet Melchett Center in Chelsea for an incredibly fast and efficient service.
“In and out in 9 minutes! Had the Oxford AstraZeneca vaccine. Here is the historical moment … “
In the video he also said, “So here I am, I’m about to get my AstraZeneca bump. I am so old And the doctor here, Tim, will administer it. “

Also, Piers said, “You treated me like the idiot I am, nothing was left to chance.”
And after receiving the push, he couldn’t resist an excavation by his GMB co-star Susanna Reid.
He also said, “That’s it, done. Not even as painful as working with Susanna Reid. “
Said he’d have the bump on the air live
Back in November 2020, Piers said he would keep the vaccine live on GMB if that helped convince the British to get the sting.
A Twitter user asked him, “Can you sign up for the first vaccine trial, please?”
“Absolutely,” he wrote in response. “I plan to get it live on GMB as soon as I may.”

However, one follower questioned his motives.
“At the end of the day, each of us will decide whether we believe that we are better off without the vaccine or whether it is better to have it,” said the Twitter user.
“But I kind of doubt Piers has it live on TV, it’s about the good of everyone, it’s more about views, he’s waiting for the ‘How brave’ news.”
