Piers Morgan says Meghan Markle “didn’t win” and that she appears to be “in shock”.
The former British presenter of Good Morning, 56, is making a big career comeback in a new interview.
And again he meets his one-off bar buddy, the Duchess of Sussex.

What did Piers Morgan say to Meghan Markle?
Defiantly he said to the journalist: “If Meghan thinks she canceled me or won the fight, she is in for a big shock. I’ve never been that popular. “
While refusing to say what his next career move will be, he said it will shock us all.
Piers teased that it “will surprise everyone, it’s not what you expect”.

He also confirmed that technically he is not yet unemployed.
This is because he is actually still on his high paying GMB salary but is on garden vacation.
In fact, he will be paid until his contract expires at the end of this year.
Why did Piers leave GMB?
Piers left GMB live on the air in March, stepping down from his host role that day.
He got into a heated argument with weatherman Alex Beresford, who passionately defended Meghan Markle.
Piers also said he doesn’t believe Meghan Markle’s claims that the palace has denied her mental health assistance.
In response, Meghan reportedly complained directly to ITV.
Piers went to Twitter and confirmed his departure with: “On Monday I said I didn’t believe Meghan Markle in her Oprah interview. I’ve had time to ponder that opinion, and I still don’t know. If you’ve done that, OK. Freedom of expression is a hill I like to die on.
“Thank you for all the love and hate. I’m on my way to spend more time with my opinions. “
But Piers told Jan he wished he hadn’t gone off the set.

Still, he stands by all of his opinions about the former suit actress Meghan.
After all, this all comes amid speculation that Piers may be returning to GMB soon.
Indeed he did tell The sun: ‘You [ITV] held out his hand – there were beginnings. Never say Never.”
Then he added, “I have no doubt that I could take the reviews back where I left them – but the doubt is, would anyone be allowed to do it again?”
