Rick and Morty season 5

Rick and Morty season 5, as the most dysfunctional family, is back. Yes, happy “Global Rick and Morty Day,” the new batch of Rick and Morty episodes is here, and it seems like we’re getting some character development. It seems like the final straw has been broken for young Morty when it comes to his grandfather.
But how will Rick and Morty spend these next 10 episodes when we know good and well that (at least) another 50 are waiting in the wings? We’re not sure if Morty can break things off with Rick too soon, as this seems to be more of a plot point for the sixth preseason finale.

This news of Morty standing up from himself comes from Digital Spy, which got its hands on Episode 1. This episode also features a reality where Rick and Morty are dressed like the diurnal vampire hunter Blade. Cool.
In other Rick and Morty season 5 news, we’re expecting an entire episode that pays some sort of homage to the Voltron animated series. This could harken back to the season 3 episode where it was revealed that Rick has drones that can be attached in a Voltron-like form.
