EastEnders actress, who plays Frankie Lewis on BBC One soap, makes history as the show’s first deaf star.
After wowing fans with their Jive last Saturday (September 25th), Rose and Giovanni performed at It Takes Two to talk about the dance.

Speaking to presenter Janette Manrara, the actress explained how the performance had taken its toll.
Rose shared, “My ankle and knee, the jive is a lot of work. I am glad that I can continue with it now. “
However, she couldn’t be happier with the performance.

Giovanni later revealed how he trains the 26-year-old star.
The 31-year-old Italian explained, “Well, obviously it’s very different, we are now more focused on muscle memory than on music.
“Some people sometimes associate movement with the lyrics of the song, but unfortunately we can’t.

“It’s all about muscle memory, so she still counts in her brain and still remembers what to do.
“It’s a lot more difficult.”
Rose added, “It’s quite a lot, but I’ve noticed that people really rely on music to help them remember what’s next. I do not do that.”
