In Kate Middleton’s news, she may not be known as the Duchess of Cambridge anytime soon.
It is reported that the ranks of the royal family will change with the succession.
When Kate married Prince William in 2011, she was bestowed the title Duchess of Cambridge.

According to Kent Live, Kate may be awarded two new titles.
If Prince Charles becomes King and succeeds Queen Elizabeth II, William will supposedly inherit the title of Prince of Wales.
This means that the title of mother of three Kate could change from Duchess of Cambridge to Princess of Wales.
This title was held by the late mother of William and Prince Harry, Princess Diana.
Meanwhile, William eventually becomes king as the role of monarch is passed on from his father Charles.
The Duke of Cambridge is known as King William while Kate could be referred to as Queen Catherine.
However, since Kate has no royal blood, she is known as the Queen Consort.
In April, Kate and William celebrated ten years of marriage.
On the occasion, the couple released touching photos when they showed their loving side.

One picture showed the couple smiling in front of Kensington Palace as Kate rested her head on William’s chest.
Meanwhile, the other saw Kate and William hold hands while they looked at each other affectionately.
