His friend Sinitta recently told ED !: “He’s fitter than he was before he broke his back.
“He walks 10,000 steps a day, does his physical therapy and eats really healthy and he’s in top shape.”
What’s next for The X Factor boss?
He recently returned to America’s Got Talent panel but was reportedly forced to retire from The X Factor Israel.
Simon was supposed to be on the jury, but it is believed he has for the moment withdrawn “legitimate concerns” about a trip there.
X Factor UK presenter Dermot O’Leary has also confirmed the show won’t return to our screens this year either.
Another of Simon’s babies – Britain’s Got Talent – was also scrapped this year due to the pandemic.
