Roman Kemp has revealed that his mother, Shirlie, saved him after pondering suicide in a new BBC documentary.
In the upcoming mental health document, the 28-year-old radio host boldly discusses his battle with depression.
At one point, Roman admitted that he was even considering ending his life by jumping in front of a train.

The star opens in the BBC Three documentary Roman Kemp: Our Silent Emergency.
During the episode, Roman reveals that he believed he was only successful because of his father, Martin.
In addition, he also fought against crippling fears.
I remember saying to myself, “What’s the point?”
Roman shares his uncertainties and says: “About everything: How I looked, what I did wrong professionally: ‘Am I doing my job because I’m my father? Am i a good friend ‘.
“I remember saying to myself, ‘What’s the point? Why do I keep going? ‘”
Fortunately, Roman credits his mother with the help.
Meanwhile, the radio star is also reflecting on his friendship with producer Joe Lyons.
Last year, Joe, who previously worked at Capital FM, took his own life.
Shortly after his death, Roman paid emotional tribute to his deceased friend.

On the radio show, he said, “He was the very first person I met when I walked through the door. I remember thinking he was a bit of a Del Boy.
“He was with me from my first show. He taught me everything I didn’t know about sitting in a radio studio without him. “
In the upcoming documentary, Roman continues to investigate suicide among young men.

Meanwhile, the former ballet star Martin from Spandau revealed that he couldn’t be more proud of his son.
