Star fans rave about a shirtless training video

David Beckham blew his Instagram followers this week when he posted a new workout video showing off his incredibly toned body.

On Thursday (March 18), former professional soccer player and husband of ex-Spice Girl Victoria Beckham showed fans that he apparently has not lost his commitment to fitness during the lockdown.

What did David Beckham post on Instagram?

David went to Instagram to post a video training his already toned core.

The clip showed him doing some strenuous movements with a belly wheel.

And in the caption he joked it was tough. David quipped emoji with a shaky face, “Just a gentle workout to start the day.”

In the comments, one fan said “I love you David” with a heart emoji.

A second wrote next to a heart-eye emoji: “Dear God …”

God, suddenly I got really hot.

“He just does it right …” said a third.

A fourth sentence: “God, suddenly I got really hot.”

“Exactly what I needed,” joked one-fifth.

Someone else said when a buddy tagged her in the comments on the video, “Wow, made my day.”

Even though David is no longer a professional footballer, he is still very much involved in the game.

He is one of the owners of the US club Inter Miami and keeps fit by playing regularly.

He recently posted a photo of himself hitting the crossbar of a goal from a distance and joked that he “still” had it.

David’s Disney + deal

It follows reports that David is contemplating a big deal with Disney + for a series about disadvantaged footballers.

Speak with The sunA source claimed: “David was approached by Disney + about the show and he was really excited about the idea because it really reflected his own experiences growing up. Plus, he’s still committed to helping young talent in the game.

“He will act as a mentor to a group of young people who grow up in the city centers and whose lives are changed by football.”
