At the time, the couple were accused of “lowering the tone” in the neighborhood.

A neighbor told The mirror: “We do not hang the Union Jack or St George flags outside of our property. Why should she do that?

The sun reports that the battle is centered on sunset determinations, which agents use to collect commissions from a celebrity who has left them.

A source told the publication, “This is a sad ending to a once extremely successful partnership. But YMU seems unhappy that it set up its own business and feels entitled to maximize a sunset clause to demand a commission for renewing contracts.

“That means if she signed a new three-year contract with ITV worth £ 10m, they would be entitled to around £ 1.5m.”

The agents also represent Phillip Schofield, Amanda Holden, and Ant and Dec.
