The great British bake-off judge Paul Hollywood has disclosed his weight loss after a low-calorie diet.
The 55-year-old Channel 4 star took action after gradually stacking the pounds over the lockdown.
Since then, Paul has revamped his lifestyle by adhering to a strict diet and exercising.

The GBBO star also gave up alcohol late last year.
Speak with the mirrorPaul shared, “I actually lost a stone. In fact just over.
I actually lost a stone
“I exercise a little – do a little running and jogging and doing handicrafts … just watch what I really eat.”
The popular baker discussed his new healthy diet.
Paul added, “Every morning I have a few eggs from the farm down the street and make my own toast. So it’s dirty eggs and soldiers, and then I can have a slice of bread with tomato soup in the evening. “
In addition, the star sticks to “1,100 calories per day” and drinks two liters of water.

In the meantime, Paul’s co-host Prue Leith also admitted that she had always “wanted to lose a stone”.
However, the 81-year-old judge never “made it”.
When does Great British Bake Off Celebrity run?
This year’s GBBO Stand Up To Cancer features a slew of new celebrity faces.
During the show, four celebrities want to impress judges Paul and Prue with their baking skills.
The line-up includes James McAvoy, Stacey Dooley, Jade Thirlwall and Alexandra Burke.

In the meantime, comedians John Bishop and Katherine Ryan will also appear.
Following the Great British Bake Off Celebrity, the main series of Bake Off will air later this year.
The upcoming celebrity series kicks off Tuesday, March 8th on Channel 4.
