Former Good Morning Britain host, 56, said Holly, 40, recommended that he take a meditation class.
However, Piers said the expensive course was way too boring for his fiery self.

To his take Daily mail Column, he said several of his celebrity friends have gathered around him – including the well-meaning Holly Willoughby.

Piers explained, “Holly then sent me a link to a link that costs £ 249 for seven hours of live broadcast of meditation techniques that will be broadcast to my home. This includes advice on dealing with difficult situations, nailing interviews, and reducing hangovers.

“And I would even get my personal meditation sound that repeats itself softly in my head! This would all apparently ensure that I “am no longer ruled by my emotions”.
“The problem is, I can’t think of anything more boring than not being ruled by my emotions.”
His new diary column appears just one day after he vowed to “tell his truth” after leaving GMB.
On Twitter he tweeted: “Time for America to hear MY truth …”
In fact, the polarizing star will give an exclusive interview with conservative US host Tucker Carlson.
This will be the first official interview since leaving Good Morning Britain.
The former CNN host resigned after refusing to apologize to Meghan Markle.
What did Piers say about Meghan Markle?
He had said he didn’t believe any of her allegations in her interview with Oprah Winfrey.
He also infamously walked off the set after Alex Beresford confronted him over his Meghan allegations.
The day after he left, he told reporters, “I hardly believe anything that comes out of your mouth …
“If I have to fall on my sword to express an honest opinion about Meghan Markle and the bilge shame she came out with in this interview, so be it.”
In Meghan’s interview, she told “her truth” about her time in the royal family as a once high-ranking queen.
She alleged the palace refused to provide her psychological assistance and that racist comments had been made about her son Archie.
