Strictly denies that Katie McGlynn leaves her bosses “frustrated” with the filming

Strictly Come Dancing has beaten claims that they are “frustrated” with Katie McGlynn balancing hollyoaks and rehearsals for the show.

The 28-year-old actress juggles the BBC One series alongside her role as Becky Quentin on the Channel 4 soap.

According to reports, Katie’s schedule has “increased” behind the scenes.

A source revealed The sun: “Tensions seem to mount as the actress struggles to reconcile her two major commitments.

“There is no evidence that it was Katie who was to blame. Hollyoaks pulls her in one direction and Strictly pulls her in the other. “

The insider added, “But there is no doubt that she is exhausted from her schedule and not training as much as she would with Gorka, who even arranged rehearsals in Manchester to make her life easier.”
