What did Supervet Noel Fitzpatrick say about his dog?

He has now shared a new picture of Kiera on social media after being asked for an update by so many fans.

Fortunately, the dog is alive, although it shows scars, and “greets every day with a smile”.

Noel kisses his beautiful dog in the new snapshot, and there is a visible patch of shaved fur on her.

He said, “Thank you to everyone who asked about Keira. It is deeply appreciated.

She bears some scars from her trauma, but her tail is still wagging with excitement when I come back to the office after each operation – and she finds love and cuddling opportunities everywhere.

“She’s slower and more cautious now than you would expect from what she’s been through for the past few months.

“Live Your Best Life”

The Supervet continued, “Even if Daddy is doing paperwork at his desk, I can sit on his knee and look out the window at the miracle of the coming day.

“Every moment is an opportunity for joy in her world and she is living her best life.”

Noel finished his message: “My little girl swallows every drop of rain or sunshine – whatever the weather – and whatever life may bring.

“She is a wonderful teacher to me every day of my life and I love her indescribably.”

“Keep the Faith”

In the fall, The Supervet announced that Kiera had been involved in a terrible accident.

He signed: “We hope and believe that she will be fine.”

Noel, who never married, previously referred to Kiera as “the love of his life”.

In 2018 he wrote in his book – Becoming The Supervet – why he remained single.

Noel wrote: “You could say that I am interested in animals because I find human relationships difficult.

“From my partner’s point of view, I was selfish – something I was told over and over again.”
